Residencies and Retreats
Page 73’s Summer Residency provides early-career playwrights a week among a company of artists devoted to nurturing new work. Two playwrights work with a director and company of actors to workshop a new play, and two additional playwrights join for uninterrupted writing time out of the city. The entire company gathers for nightly dinners, and the week culminates with hearing the playwrights’ work aloud. From 2007 to 2019, the Summer Residency has been held in New Haven, CT.
